Martinborough Villa is a brand new architecturally designed luxury retreat located in Martinborough Estate and adjacent to the stunning Martinborough Golf Course, a gently undulating full 18 hole golf course with beautiful mature trees.

The villa is purpose built and furnished to provide luxury holiday accommodation. It provides modern, professionally designed interior decor. Guest comfort is assured with underfloor heating, heatpumps for air-conditioning/additional heating, and an open fireplace. BOSE entertainment/audio is available with internal and external speakers.

The house sleeps eight people comfortably in four bedrooms which are serviced by two bathrooms, plus an extra toilet. The master wing of the house, incorporating a walk in wardrobe and ensuite, has an unobstructed view over the golf course. Three more bedrooms and a shared bathroom are located in the second accommodation wing. These rooms open out onto a sheltered courtyard. All four bedrooms sleep two people per room in a twin or super-king configuration. A portacot and highchair are available on request. Luxury bedding & linen is supplied, as are bath & pool towels. Additional sleeping for two people is available in the living area.

The lounge, dining, kitchen and family areas are open plan, with floor to ceiling glass to make the most of the outlook over the golf course and countryside, and provide indoor/outdoor flow to the BBQ area and heated swimming pool*. A flat panel TV and DVD player is also provided. The open fire ensures great ambience (and cosy guests) for those colder South Wairarapa nights. The full size kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, and breakfast bar. Multiple outdoor entertaining areas ensure a sheltered spot for easy and memorable outdoor living and dining. Quality outdoor dining furniture and pool loungers are provided in these spaces.

*The pool at Martinborough Viila is heated from Labour weekend to Easter weekend only though we may extend this season in certain circumstances.
