Season Dates

• Peak Season : 20 December - 10 January, and Toast Martinborough weekend
• High Season : December - February, and Easter
• Shoulder Season : March - May, & September - November (except Easter & Toast Martinborough weekend)
• Low Season : June - August

Terms & Conditions

• Rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars & are subject to change without notice.
• Accommodation rates are 'per night' for up to 4 guests.
• Service charge is 'per stay' for up to 4 guests.
• Additional guests incur a nightly rate for accommodation, and a once only rate for servicing as shown on rates table.
• 50% deposit and signed booking form is required to confirm and secure the booking.
• Balance is due 14 days prior to arrival date, and is not refundable after this time.
• Minimum stay; 7 nights from Christmas to 31st January, 3 - 4 nights for public holiday weekends, 2 nights at all other times.
• Date In and Date Out cannot be altered without the Owners consent. If notice of less than four weeks (from the Date In) to cancel or amend the booking is received, the deposit will be forfeited. Otherwise a $100 fee will be deducted from the deposit to cover administration expenses. If notice of less than two weeks (from the Date In) to cancel or amend the booking is received, the full amount of the invoice will be owing if unpaid, or forfeited if already paid.
• We recommend you take out comprehensive travel insurance to protect against any unforseen cancellation.
